A former company director of IMI Norgren Group Ltd, the specialist fluid automation division of IMI Plc where he had held a number of senior roles. Has extensive international experience.

Noel ("Nick") Silverthorne
– Group Technical Director
Over 25 years of engineering experience with subsidiary companies MTC and Redman Fittings and has been Managing Director of MTC since 1984. He is leading the Group's development of material from low cost economies, a key element in the Board's strategy.

Roger Allsop
– Non Executive Director
Purchased MTC in 1984 and Chief Executive of Tricorn prior to the oppointment of Steve Cooper. He was previously managing director of Westwood Dawes plc and is currently a non-exutive director of Aim quoted, Netcall plc.-

Jeffrey Rubins
– Non Executive Director
Alongside a career in stockbroking he has been instrumental in the establishment, funding and development of a wide range of private businesses and closely involved in the reorganisation and financial restructuring of several listed companies including Prestwich Holdings plc and Westwood Dawes plc. He is non-executive chairman of AIM listed Astek Group plc and acts as a consultant to several private companies.-
