Acquired in June 2007 Maxpower Automotive manufactures a diverse range
of tube manipulations and pipe assemblies, in ferrous, non-ferrous and
nylon materials, primarily for off highway and niche automotive producers.
Lean Manufacturing tools are incorporated into a production process which
includes Poke Yoke techniques and is governed by a Quality Management
System with accreditation's to support a philosophy of Right First Time.

The innovative Redman jointing system is patented world-wide and provides
a fast, effective method of joining polyethylene pipes, typically as used
in the utility industry. It develops and supplies major OEM’s with
bespoke jointing solutions for multi layer polyethylene pipe systems and
is enjoying a significant increase in demand from this sector.
